Please note that personalised and made-to-order items — including garments with crests, logos, and/or initials — cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.

If your item is found to be faulty, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. Faulty items must be returned to us within 30 working days of receipt. Once received, we will inspect the item and arrange a replacement or refund if it falls outside our sizing guidelines or has any defects.

We always aim to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. While personalised items are generally non-refundable, we will do our best to work with you to find a suitable resolution where possible, even for non-faulty personalised orders.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject any goods that are not returned in accordance with our returns guidelines.
